Interior Design and Material Selection during the Pre-Construction phase serves a strategic purpose:

To organize decisions, optimize resources, and ensure alignment between architecture, functionality, and aesthetics from the very beginning.
I work directly with each client from the earliest stages of the project, bringing structure and clarity to a process that can otherwise become complex and costly without professional guidance. My approach is based on anticipating needs, minimizing risk, and establishing strong design criteria that remain relevant over time — what I define as design outside the box: thinking beyond the obvious to create well-considered, enduring solutions.

My role includes the full development of the interior design, including:

Defining the overall vision and design direction of the project.
Strategic selection of high-quality materials and finishes.
Design of custom cabinetry and architectural details.
Specification of lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware.
Development of balanced color palettes and understated textures.
Ongoing coordination with architects and the construction team to ensure precision in execution.

With a background in fine arts and extensive experience in custom residential projects, I bring both technical and aesthetic judgment, with a focus on proportion, composition, and quality craftsmanship.
